●本社および子会社（北米および日本）のガバナンス・コンプライアンス施策の企画と実行、特に個人情報保護法制への対応
●北米および今後想定される市場における法務面での事業運営支援
●製造物責任を含む、紛争・訴訟対応
法領域専門性と職務経験に応じて上記の一部または全てをご担当いただきます。
### Team’s Mission / Responsibilities
●While establishing governance and compliance for the new company, contribute to the launch and growth of new businesses from the legal field.
●From a legal perspective, support the creation of new value through collaboration with a wide variety of business partners.
### Job description
●Corporate Legal Services: Conduct Legal research, Japanese and English contract negotiation and review, develop business schemes, and handle other Corporate Legal matters
●Governance and Compliance: Plan and implement Governance and Compliance measures, especially Compliance with personal information protection laws and regulations, for headquarter and new subsidiaries in Japan and the US.
●business Support for overseas: Provide Support for business operation of overseas subsidiaries in the US and other anticipated markets.
●Dispute and Litigation Management: handle disputes and Litigation, including product liability issues.
