業務内容

【Mission and Responsibility】
・Generating business opportunities from target accounts through phone calls and e-mails.
・The role is not simply to generate business opportunities, but to control the balance between quality and quantity while controlling and judging the needs match and the customer’s interest level.
・Planning and executing measures in cooperation with sales and marketing teams to develop target accounts (planning/implementing/presenting at seminars, exhibiting at trade shows, etc.)
・Not only “”getting the deal,”” but also looking at the revenue organization as a whole and creating a system that can generate revenue effectively and efficiently.

応募要件

【MUST】- meet all of the following criteria
・Those who have at least 3 years of experience in the corporate sales area of the Chinese market and have produced overwhelming results (regardless of the industry, but especially those who are facing professional firms).
・Consistent track record of achieving sales targets.
・Those who enjoy creating a better approach, going beyond existing methods and frameworks.
・Able to communicate in Chinese and English for business purposes.
・Those who behave based on our mission and seven values in the past and in the future.
・Able to commit to business expansion with a sense of ownership.
 
【Welcome】
・Experience in achieving overwhelming results
・Experience in consulting services as a sales
・Experience with SaaS products
・Experience with SFA (e.g. Salesforce)
・Experience in the start-up phase of a business
・Fluency in Japanese (writing, speaking, reading) is a plus, but not required.

年収 262,500 円 – 345,000 円
