3年以上の財務デューディリジェンス経験者、かつ1年以上のAuditor-In-Chargeポジションにおいて5-6名のスタッフによる監査チームを管理監督した経験を有する方
クライアント企業に対し自律的かつ効果的にコミュニケーションが取れ、プロジェクトマネージャーとしてチームを牽引するリーダーシップのある方
会計基準の実務知識が常に最新に保たれていること
日本語力必須
クロスボーダー業務のプロジェクトマネジメント経験のある方は優遇
ビジネスレベルの英語力、海外経験があれば尚可

JCPAorUSCPAqualification
Musthavemorethan3yearsofFinancialduediligenceexperience,aswellasmorethanayearofAuditor-In-Chargeexperiencetoberesponsibleforanauditteamof5–6staffs.Abilitytomanageteams.
Musthaveexcellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillstoengagewithclientcompanies.
Standardknowledgeofaccountingandfinancemustbekeptup-to-date
NativelevelofJapanese
Projectmanagementexperienceincross-borderprojectsispreferred.
BusinesslevelofEnglishispreferred.Butnotamust.Overseasworkingexperienceispreferred.

シニア・コンサルタント、コンサルタント/SeniorConsultant&Consultant
CPA（日本・米国など）資格保持者
4年以上の監査業務経験者（財務DD未経験で監査からのキャリアチェンジ、キャリアアップのお考えの方）または財務デューディリジェンス経験者もしくは多国籍企業での財務経営企画部経験者
数理的な洞察力、情報処理能力がある方は尚可
向上心、探究心、行動力があり、自発的に業務を遂行できる方
日本語力必須
ビジネスレベルの英語力、海外経験があれば尚可

JCPAorUSCPAqualification
